Open to residents of the United Kingdom and the United States, aged 18 or over. Employees of Nutty Orange and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. One entry (one email address) per person — multiple accounts or duplicate entries may be removed or disqualified under section 6.

Confirmed entrants may earn additional entries by completing the optional actions listed on the competition page (each action awards points; every point is one additional entry into the draw).
Entries we credit for in-person actions. Where Nutty Orange runs this competition alongside an event — for example a stand at a show — we may credit additional entries to a confirmed entrant for actions we verify in person, such as visiting our stand, playing a demo, or buying a game there. The actions available and the number of entries each earns are set by Nutty Orange, may differ from (and may be worth more than) the online actions listed on the competition page, and are credited at our reasonable discretion once we have verified the action. Credited entries appear on your entry page like any other, are recorded with the reason for the credit, and are subject to section 6 in the same way.
The entry total shown on your entry page is provisional. It reflects the actions recorded against your entry so far and is not a guarantee that all of those entries will count in the draw. Entries remain subject to the verification and fair-play rules in section 6, and may be removed before the draw if they do not meet them.
Winners are chosen by an independently weighted random draw after the closing date. Each active entry you hold is one chance in that draw — more entries means more chances to win, but every entrant with at least one confirmed entry has a chance. The draw takes place within 7 days of the closing date (30 September 2026). Winners will be notified by the email address used to enter.
"Active" entries means the entries recorded against you that have not been removed under section 6. Only active entries are included in the draw.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Nutty Orange reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
6.1 What is not allowed. You must not:
6.2 We may remove entries, refuse entry, and withhold a prize. Where we have reasonable grounds, based on the evidence available to us, to believe an entry or an entrant breaches these rules, Nutty Orange may at any time before or after the draw: remove or void some or all of that entrant's entries; refuse or cancel an entry; disqualify the entrant from this promotion; decline to award a prize; and block an email address or domain from entering this or future promotions run by Nutty Orange. We will act proportionately — where only some entries are affected, we will normally remove only those entries rather than disqualify the entrant entirely.
6.3 Winner verification is mandatory. Before any prize is awarded, Nutty Orange reviews the winning entrant's activity to confirm entries were made in good faith (for example, that referred entrants are genuine, and that entries were not created using automated tools, multiple identities, or from the same device or location pretending to be different people). No prize is confirmed as awarded until this audit is complete. Where a winner is disqualified, the prize passes to the next eligible entrant drawn.
6.4 Entries not recorded. Entries are recorded automatically. Nutty Orange is not responsible for entries or actions that are not recorded because of a technical fault, network failure, or browser or device setting outside its reasonable control. If you believe an entry has not been recorded correctly, contact us using the contact route in our Privacy Policy before the closing date and we will check our records.
6.5 If you think we have got it wrong. Our decision on eligibility, verification, and disqualification is final. If you believe entries have been removed from your account in error, you may ask us to review that decision by contacting us using the contact route in our Privacy Policy. We will review it and respond, and we will not disqualify an entrant for asking. Nothing in these rules affects your statutory rights.
Nutty Orange will use your email address to run this competition: confirming your entry, keeping you updated on your entries and referrals, and notifying you if you win. These are service emails that are part of running the competition, and every entrant receives them.
Marketing emails are separate and entirely optional. You will only receive Nutty Orange marketing emails if you ticked the optional marketing box on the entry form — entering the competition never requires you to opt in to marketing, and leaving the box unticked has no effect on your entry or your chances of winning. If you did opt in, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email; unsubscribing does not affect your entry. Winners must respond to their winner-notification email and claim their prize within 28 days of the notification being sent. If a prize is not claimed within 28 days, or a winner is found to be ineligible or disqualified following verification, Nutty Orange may redraw that prize among the remaining eligible entrants.
In line with the UK CAP Code, the surname and county (or state) of major-prize winners will be published or made available on request after the closing date. If you object to your surname and county being published or made available, contact us using the contact route in our Privacy Policy before or after entering — you may still enter and win if you object. Nutty Orange will still provide winners' full details to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
Nutty Orange reserves the right to amend these rules or cancel the promotion at any time for reasons outside its control, in which case entrants will be notified. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform referenced on the competition page.
